The chat function online was super easy to use to get answers on how to file a claim and the form is straightforward and you can just email everything for faster processing.

I purchased pet insurance with Healthy Paws a couple years ago. Having always has pets, I never had pet insurance. Only after losing 2 pets did I see the benefits of having pet insurance. I have never had to file a claim til recently and it was so easy. The phone app makes it so quick and easy, it literally took a matter of minutes to complete. Within a week, the reimbursement was mailed to me - that time included them verifying with the doctor, etc... They even checked up to see how my dog was doing which was very thoughtful.
