Our puppy needed emergency surgery. I called Trupanion and the people I talked to were friendly, compassionate and helpful. The claim was handled quickly and easily and was approved in 2 days. I couldn't be happier with a company. Fortunately, my puppy is fine.

TruPanion was quick to do a pre-auth for my claim and outline what was not covered and why. Most of my costs were covered and the refund cheque came in the mail within one week. Overall a great experience, very happy I chose TruPanion.
