This was my first claim.
This was my first claim. My 21/2 yr old Schnauzer started vomiting and having diarrhea excessively 12/24/20 brought to vet Extensive tests done to R/O pancreatitis A disease not uncommon to schnauzers that can be fatal. expensive tests etc called trupanion the agent was wonderful made my Christmas brighter called my. Vet started a claim handled everything so put my mind at ease so I could concentrate on my dog Lenny It was also nice to have so much support with the Bill. Thank you and thanks to your agent. Trupanion was wonderful throughout.
Trupanion was wonderful throughout. The agent I spoke to re transfer to acute was not very helpful or reassuring in helping to explain how to bridge the claim to the acute care hospital when I was in distress. I have always found the agents extremely empathetic and kind. She and I may have just been having a bad day. Otherwise wonderful as always:)
