Auto adjudicated. I received a text immediately saying the claim was received and only moments later that it was approved and applied to the deductible. A copy of the claim was then emailed the next day. Very fast. Extremely convenient...I didn’t have to do a thing!

In an emergency situation, it was a big relief to have about half a vet bill covered! They were quick to coordinate coverage with the vet before we picked up our pup, however frustrating that treatments that were necessary for our pup weren't covered.
