I have been very happy with Healthy Paws insurance. My only hesitation is the cost. However when my dog needed emergency care it was such a relief to have her fully covered by a company that had covered claims in the past with little hassle. I was able to make decisions based upon what was best for my little dog, rather than the cost of the procedures. Healthy paws was quick in settling the claims and very compassionate.

The easiest experience ever...all I have to do is upload my invoice and they take care of the rest...best insurance plan ever. They send a detailed explanation of the claim which makes it easy to understand the process...Highly recommend

Natalie, Tanya, and Jen, the three Trupanion representatives that we've worked with on this claim have been positive, patient, and professional, throughout! As Claims Specialist, Jen, was able to push the CRITICAL pre-approval through the very same day! Thank you for helping us be able to afford critical back surgery on our 3 y/o Shih Tzu Benjamin, aka Pooter. Were it not for having Trupanion, we have been forced to make decisions based on our finances-- rather than the excellent prognosis for a full recovery that his surgeon affirms.
