As an attorney in practice for 48 years who dealt with insurance companies daily, I can tell you that not all insurance companies deal in good faith. Trupanion does. They look at all the records, test results and all necessary items and treat my Ruby with fairness and compassion - and their agents are courteous, respectful and cordial. As a new customer of this insurance program I found the person I spoke with to be kind and prompt with getting my questions answered on how to submit a claim. She sent me the form I needed to complete which helped expedite the process. She even said she hoped our young dog, who had been quite ill, was recovering well. I felt cared about and the experience of that call was very positive.
