Look No Further, Lemonade Is the Number 1 Pet Insurance on the Market
I wish I would have heard about Lemonade sooner! After I adopted Quigley I enrolled him on the same policy as my senior dog with Healthy Paws, but Healthy Paws is not flexible, the vet services they cover is limited and the deductible doesn't make sense for a young dog like Quigley. I started looking around and enrolled him with Pets Best, what an epic mistake. I filed a claim and it took 2 WEEKS for them to pay the claim. Finally I learned about Lemonade, I laughed when I heard the name but I thought why not and boy was I surprised at all the options I had, they would cover some services during annual wellness exams, a few vaccinations, all I had to do was select what I wanted. His monthly premium is very reasonable in comparison to the other two companies I used. After Quigley's last wellness exam, I sat down to file the claim and what a breeze! I got online with a rep, they provided me with an email to send the invoice, immediately they had it open and I started plugging in services, vaccines and fees associated. When i was done I was told the money was wired to my account. HOLY POOP! It was that easy. Meanwhile Healthy Paws charges me a ton, they raised my monthly premium just a few months ago, swearing it wasn't because my old girl was turning 11 or she had been diagnosed with diabetes and I couldn't move her to another plan since she now had a pre-existing condition and no other pet insurance will cover that. If you want cutting edge pet insurance who knows what pet parents need with a common sense approach then look no further, sign your furry/feathered family members up for Lemonade Pet Insurance. You won't regret it. At least look at what services they can cover, It will surprise you.

DO NOT USE EMBRACE
Do not use Embrace!! We got Howie his policy when he was under a year old. He was taken to a vet school to be neutered, gastropexy and repair of an umbilical hernia. While he was under sedation his hips were x rayed. The report states that there are no signs of hip dysplasia. In eight years we have never filed a claim for his hips. On October 1 2021 he was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. Embrace denied the claim. We appealed the decision along with documentation from our vet that it was due to age and he has nothing in his records concerning hip dysplasia. The appeal was denied. I called and asked to speak with someone and was told no one was available. We have paid approximately $16,000 for this policy and now that he is getting older they deny a claim. I cancelled immediately. They will gladly take your money and then deny claims as your dog ages.

First claim was a little stressful as it took quite a while
Very happy in the end. Paid my claim even though it took a while. What a help with my finances and a young wild puppy.

Exceptional, Easy and Quick
Lemonade has been wonderful to deal with! Unfortunately our puppy had an accident resulting in a fractured elbow and the entire claim process was very easy and quick, including follow-up claims related to the accident. I was honestly surprised by how easy it was. I would highly recommend Lemonade Pet Insurance for all of your pets!!!

Great Customer Service
The Lemonade app is super easy and quick to use. The representative was quick to respond and the claim was resolved fairly quickly as well. A couple things weren’t covered when I was expecting them to be, but overall the experience was pretty good. The money that was reimbursed was deposited right to my checking account.

An easy process
Filing a claim and receiving reimbursement was an extremely easy process. Teddy our Yorkshire Terrier had a concerning cyst. Filing the vet invoice was an organized step by step process. Suzie the claim rep was extremely helpful and interested in the case, even over the weekend. Claim settlement was quick. Teddy BTW is fine.

Easy & Excellent Service!
Lemonade makes it easy for me to file insurance claims for all three of my pups. I love how straightforward the process is, and their staff is very helpful. It seems like their staff actually loves animals, too, so that's a bonus! Highly recommend :)

Best Pet Insurance!!
Switched from a different pet insurance company and so very happy I did!! Customer service is excellent with Lemonade and the wellness exam option has worked great. Claims are paid quickly, and unlike other insurance companies, the policy deductible is not applicable for wellness claims. Policy cost can be adjusted based on coverage and deductible when you set it up so you can be sure it works best for your pet needs and budget. Highly recommend the wellness option and bills for annual visits will be reimbursed almost completely.
