We've had a few different pet insurances over the years with our dogs and I have to rate Healthy Paws the best as far as customer service, ease of claim process, amount of coverage and promptness of reimbursement. 10 paws all the way!

Company is a total scam. I put a claim in, supplied all vet documents and was declined due to needing more documents which is impossible to produce. All they do is give you the runaround.

It is great since Trupanion is recognized at every place I have been so far with my pet; however it is very expensive.
It is great since Trupanion is recognized at every place I have been so far with my pet; however, it is very expensive. Tim was great in helping me adjust my plan, but the minimum plan is still 40% higher for apparently less coverage based on my preliminary research so far. Probably switching companies because of this, but still going to do some more research first to make sure I am comparing apples to apples. Trupanion definitely has a good reputation and has been easy to work with for any claims that have arisen. Thanks for the service so far!

Claim was handled quickly. I do think that it's a bit ridiculous to not cover the office visit when it's pretty hard to get a diagnosis without one.

Except for in the very beginning where there was some shenanagins with the deductible I never had to even talk to anyone at Trupanion to get my claims promptly processes.
