The experience was okay but I am not sure I would recommend any pet insurance to a pet owner. The only wayit would be useful would be for a major operation. For year to Year ailments that don't exceed the deductible it is not worth the monthly premiums. I am greatful that my dog is relatively healthy. I feel you are better off putting the premium that you pay into an account monthly and the money would be there to pay the vet bill. Nothing against your company. You are very easy to deal with but I would not get pet insurance again.

Disappointed that prescription food is only covered for 2 months at half cost.
Disappointed that prescription food is only covered for 2 months at half cost. If the food is needed for the rest of the dogs life and it is a prescription then it should be covered.
