Always prompt, caring and a pleasure.
After owning a previous cat who contracted cancer and ultimately died (after we spent $10,000 out of pocket), when we were offered Trupanion for our subsequent cats, we knew we couldn't be without insurance. Since obtaining Trupanion, we've had several claims (thankfully nothing too serious) and our claims have always been met promptly. In fact, I've recommended Trupanion to friends.

Understanding and helpful claim agents
I submitted a claim for my pets vestibular disease over a month after getting it sorted and they had no problem with the claim being delayed. After submitting the claim for the first appointment I was able to submit the next five appointments over email and had they whole claim processed in under a week. The agent I worked with was helpful and caring and made sure that my claim was processed quickly and efficiently.

Very fast settlement of my claim in one day
My dog was hospitalized, and I filed a claim. Trupanion kept me informed of my claim status by text, and settled my claim within a day! I can't ask for a better response or settlement!

Great choice
