Our cat broke his femur and required surgery (femoral head excision). The surgery was costly. Fetch was incredibly responsive to my requests and processed claims quickly. This would have been thousands of dollars out of pocket and I received no questions/pushback whatsoever, having provided only what was requested of me (procedure estimate and medical records). I was very happy with the service provided.

Amazing customer service!
This was my 1st claim. It was originally denied because some documents needed to be submitted. When I called to clarify the staff was so kind. When I Submitted all supporting documents my claim was approved so quickly and direct deposit was done shortly after. This was all a great experience.
