We would not have our LuLu if not for Pets Best
We would not have been able to afford the expensive diagnostics and management of her ongoing IBD/CCE. Pets Best has been wonderful. Easy to file, good explanation of benefits, timely payment on claims. Their policies are very clear on coverage perimeters and several options on deductibles/premiums.

Would recommend, easy experience
When my cat had an unexpected issue as we were leaving town, we were relieved to have insurance for him. Knowing this, we knew we could afford the best care to make sure he was getting the best treatment. Filing a claim with fetch was really easy, and fairly quick. We were able to get a large portion of the fees back, after our deductible. Would highly recommend fetch to another pet parent!

Couldn't be happier
When our dog was a puppy we had a $5,000 trip to the emergency. "After" a friend told us about Healthy Paws. We purchased the insurance a little over 4 years ago. Then last month we had to take him in. We submitted the paperwork from the Vet and there was absolutely no issues with Healthy Paws. In fact we couldn't believe it was that easy and we got what was due back to us faster than could have been expected. Highly recommend!

Happy with Trupanion
I sent claim in and was notified they received it. That always is nice to know on anything you do. Trupanion does a great job on that. Then few days later money in my account.
