Delay after delay to pay claims - still not paid
Our dog had seizures for the first time at 5 years old. Because this was our first claim, Lemonade requested medical records for the previous 12 months. Skip ahead one month from the initial claims submission and now their underwriter is asking for his neuter records from when he was 6 months old (4 1/2 years ago). The reviewer claims this is standard practice and written in the contract. The contract clearly states "nose to tail" medical records for previous 12 months. Requesting records for unrelated medical care well beyond the contracted review period service stinks of intential delays or intent to not pay. Multiple emails and multiple platitudes but we are still not reimbursed over a month after the claim.

Trupanion is the best!
Trupanion continues to impress. My Cavalier was diagnosed with multiple heart issues at age 2. Most recently we had to fly to Cincinnati from Vancouver Island for a life saving procedure to the time of $7800CDN. I submitted my claims and in one and a half days they approved 90% of the claim. I do not know what we would have done without them over the past 2 years! They also direct pay on the spot to approved vets in their program! Highly recommend!

I’m truly blessed by having taken the advice of our Veterinarian Doctors advice of “having taken coverage with Trupanion for my Havanese, Keka Lee‼️ Trupanion by far has the “best team/support customer service” they are caring, providing answers to my concerns also the team that does the reviews to pay or reimburse are most accurate, they expedite your clams in a timely manner‼️ My Keka Lee is requiring surgery to enable her longevity of removal of life threatening tumors and cysts, I can guarantee the Tampa Bay Specialist Veterinary Hospital and surgeon to provide and proceed scheduling Keka Lee’s surgery date knowing she and I will be covered by my Trupanion insurance policy and team there to recoup percentage of this life saving surgery ‼️Thank You Everyone at Trupanion Health Insurance for Helping To Keep Healthy Our Furry Blessed Friends ‼️ Happy Thanksgiving 🍁 🦃 to all‼️ Sincerely, Keka Lee and Ann Winkler

High quality service minded company!
Trupanion has always made things easy, never been a problem, it is smooth, reliable and awesome. I recommend it to everyone. I am in the rescue world and a professional trainer, I probably get you guys at least on average 15 sign ups a year. I am truly grateful for trupanion giving me the ability to give my dogs everything they can need from a medical standpoint. It means the world to me. Never change the quality of company that you are.
