I love the experience so far but the only thing that stopped me from giving you a 5th star was I changed the billing on my home policy and assumed it would transfer to to my auto policy but it didn't so I now changed the form of payment.

Thankfully, I have had no claims or need to interact beyond the initial purchase decision. The original application was a bit "clunky" with cookies remembering settings across multiple sessions, which ultimately required some chat support to get through the purchase. The autobilling to credit card has been flawless so far as well.
