Pet Best is the WORST

This company is a scam even my Vet agrees they are shady with their policies so I have filed a complaint with the Department of Business Regulations to have them investigated, they also raise rates consistently with no notice ever which is Illegal!

Excellent Pet Insurance

We have been very satisfied with Pets Best. This is our 2nd dog we've had on your coverage and we can't say enough good things about them. Our 1st dog was diagnosed with cancer and so we were getting him set up with treatments. But unfortunately he took a turn for the worse & we lost him. So thankful for Pets Best through this process because it was a huge financial Stretch for us. Thank you!"

Pets best is the best!

Over the past year, my experience with Pets Best has been truly outstanding. What really stands out to me is not just how professional and efficient they are, but how much easier they made things during a very stressful time. When I found out my dog had breast cancer, everything felt overwhelming. Submitting claims and understanding coverage could have added to that stress, but it didn’t. They processed my claims quickly, and I was reimbursed promptly, even directly to my CareCredit account, which made a huge difference when I needed it most. Their customer service team has been consistently kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Anytime I had questions about my coverage, what I was responsible for, or even adjustments to my plan like changing a deductible, they took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt lost in the process. I did a lot of research before choosing pet insurance, and Pets Best truly stands out. They offer strong coverage, but more importantly, they show up for you when it matters. I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth and supportive they made this experience during such a difficult time. Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
