Amazing experience

I’ve had to file multiple claims with Pets Best because one of my cats is addicted to eating hair ties and rubber bands, even after we hide them from her. She opened drawers to get them. I’ve always gotten reimbursed in a timely manner. I’ve always had the best experience with Pets Best!

Another excellent experience with Pets…

Another excellent experience with Pets Best. Took my dog in on a Friday and she was treated and diagnosed with IVDD. Received notice of payment by Sunday night. Pets Best has always been extremely easy to work with.

Pets Best Insurance a true life saver

Highly recommend Pets Best! They cover 90% of my dog's extensive ICU, ER, and specialist bills for meningitis and Addison's Disease. The claims and reimbursement process has been completely flawless every single time. Don't look anywhere else—this is the best pet insurance out there.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
