Worst insurance
I advise anyone who is looking for pet insurance do not get Best Prts insurance they don’t pay claims for sickness or accidents. Don’t throw your money away.

Poor customer service and claim response
Pets Best has refused to accept the fact that my dog was adopted because I fostered her for several months through some health issues. Adoption application was insufficient, paid invoice (indicating paid with same credit card Pets Best has on file paying their premiums) was not enough, they insisted on seeing my credit card statement. All the while not responding to my emails asking why they were having an issue with this. I received an email that they were going to need to decline payment because they were unable to reach me by email or several phone calls. I received no phone calls, no missed calls, my number is correct in their records. The next day the claim was denied because "the service provided is not covered under your policy". It clearly is (office exam). The persons I talked with in Customer Care and then Claims said they would follow up and get back to me, but neither did. I have had other pet insurance policies with other companies and have never had any trouble. I plan to switch insurance as soon as the current medical issue is resolved.

Grateful
My pup went into anaphylaxis, something you never expect. It was a layer of comfort to know Pets Best was behind the scenes supporting us. Two emergency vets and a hospital stay later, the claim was quickly covered and my love is recovered!

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
