Super easy process, fast response
It was very easy to submit all supporting documents; it was very clear exactly what’s needed in support of the chief complaint (lab results, orders, etc). One of the three claims I submitted came back as a 70% refunded less than 48 hours later, which was great.

American Bully Ares
Since 2021 we had our American Bully Ares, we had Pets Best Health Insurance. After two years he developed head tremors and epilepsy, Thanks to Pets Best insurance we were able to provide Ares with the best healthcare available because of Pets Best affordable insurance. We were always reimbursed for 90% of up-front costs on claims. Payments were always refunded in allotted time. Unfortunately we lost Ares March 05, 2026 he didn’t recover from his palate surgery to help him breathe better. Through this horrible time Pet best was with us through the process, and we are extremely thankful for them! Ares claim was $8983.55 , Pets Best refunded us and the hospital on claims.
