Policy Reinstatement
From the beginning I have had issues. From reimbursement to coverage and denials. I followed procedure and spent numerous hours on the phone. Due to the lack of customer service, and personal frustration I cancelled the policy. I was advised I could reinstate at anytime. That is not completely accurate. What is accurate is that you can not reinstate after 35 days. Of course you can start a new policy, which there is a mandatory waiting period in place for services etc. Just as any other insurance company. My fault for not questioning better and creating a clearer picture for myself.
