I submitted a claim and it was processed and the money was direct deposited into my account within 10 days, I was calling to have one of my dogs removed from the policy since she was no longer with us. The agent I spoke with asked me some questions very gently and suggested I enter a claim for all the medical bills and her euthanasia and cremation. I had not even thought of that. He also sent me a very nice sympathy card.
