They are easy to contact with questions. Also it is very easy to upload receipts for reimbursement. We received reimbursement checks quickly. They were very sorry to hear of our dogs passing and canceled our policy right afterwards.

Exceptional Customer Service
Submitted my dog’s recent wellness exam results which came with some high expensive procedures. We only have the accident & illness coverage so many of the items were not covered. However, the underwriter at Embrace took the time to review the invoice and was able to determine there were some procedures which were covered under our accident & illness plan. I appreciate the time and effort to ensure we were reimbursed for the items which were covered. Customer service demeanor of the representatives is also exceptional!
