After owning 8 dogs without having pet insurance
we decided to get a wellness and critical care policy on our puppy Mahlee. We have not been insured long but submitted two claims for wellness puppy care, response from the Pumpkin Team was amazing! I had some issues submitting the claims, a Pumpkin Team member jumped in on chat and took care of everything. Payment arrived that day in the form of an email. Great experience with Trupanion!
It was so easy to send in my claim. I just had to take a picture of the veterinarian bill and download it to the Trupanion site with a brief explanation. I was very impressed with how quickly Trupanion responded and kept me abreast of the status of my claim throughout the entire process. I received my claim payment in a very timely matter.
