Claims have always been paid as promised. I just upload a copy of the invoice and doctor’s note and they are paid without question. Occasionally there have been delays in the past, but lately payment has been coming pretty quickly (less than a week)

I have had multiple claims in the past 4 years for my cockapoo , Kelsey. I have never had any problems getting my payment. I am so happy I purchase this insurance if not I would be very hard pressed for money to pay for her to have care.
