didn�t have to pay up front
Shiba has some serious liver issues and has had to travel to a hospital out of province for treatment. Trupanion allows the vets and the hospital to bill directly so that I didn't have to cover the costs up front. I have been kept informed with all payments made and any explanations required come quickly.
