Kylie has required surgery and various medications from the Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital located in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Your attention to detail by explaining which services are covered and those that are not is superb! Also, payment is prompt, courteous, and accurate. Nationwide pet insurance is hassle free and a life saver!
I have had Nationwide pet insurance on my dog for over 2 years now and am glad I do! The claims process is super easy and as long as I provide what I am supposed to there have been absolutely no issues getting paid. I highly recommend Nationwide pet insurance!

Very easy to submit claims
I have had to submit a large number of claims over the past year for vet treatment of my dog and it's always been very easy and user friendly. Customer support has also been very helpful whenever I've needed to contact them with questions. The only thing I would change would be the time to pay out claims, I have had to wait <1 month for some claims to be processed and paid out.

The claim process and easy and straightforward and a quick turnaround. I submitted the claim on Thursday, got an email that my claim was processed on Monday and payment remitted on Tuesday.

Great Experience with a claim for an injured knee and surgery.
Forms were easy to fill out. Information needed was easy to find. Called once on status and Insurance company was waiting on information they needed for the Vet. It was nice that they could till me why claim was still pending. Payment was directly deposited into account.
