My dogs are 10 1/2 and 6 and have submitted a number of claims. They have been extremely thorough, answered any questions I had, and was quick with any payment. I can't imagine not having them for our two fur-babies!

Great Customer Service
Mailed in 13 claims, certified, return receipt. Received the return receipt and 2 weeks later, still nothing! Called and an agent said she would personally look for them. Next day they were processed and we received the checks a few days later.

Completely satisfied
Nationwide has been easy to use for submitting claims and very timely in their response and payments (unlike the reviews I read that said it took forever) The only reason why I gave a 9/10 star review was that I had to submit a Power of Attorney for Nationwide to discuss the account with my Fiance' who is co-owner of our dogs.

Have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since its inception. Easy to work with just have to send in entire vet report and all test results then it is easy and payment is very timely! As my pitbull approaches her 15th year I am grateful for their service.
