Very quick to set everything up
Very quick to set everything up, even though it was all on line. Got my pink cards very quick to.
Sonnet was great to deal with but your claims people have been terrible to deal with. They reached out for my information on my vehicle on December 6th and I gave it to them..have not heard back from them yet on getting my car repaired. Well over a month now driving around in a damaged vehicle
The worst possible insurance. Never use them. They seem to be cheaper than other insurances, but that's only because they have limited staff, it's impossible to get hold of them and receive the coverage you are entitled to.
Mad about two month deposit. Otherwise fast and convenient service.
It was very fast and simple to get auto insurance which was great but I felt mislead because the payment policy was not made clear until later. You pay for the last two months as a deposit which is a total rip off. When I’ve cancelled at other insurers, there’s only a small cancellation fee and they will sometimes refund for the remainder of the month. Also my pricing was quite high.
