Quick to kick you to the curb for an honest mistake
I was happy using sonnet for my home insurance, they’re home policy covers my air bnb as well. However lower lever customer service giving me misinformation over the phone almost had my policy cancelled in 2021, I had to fight to get it back. Now in 2022 they cancelled my policy for non payment and set my policy to not renew during the December holiday season leaving me uninsured for 1 missed payment that I did pay before the policy was set to renew.
They will just kick you to the curb for an honest mistake and never let you insure your property with them again

Horrible company, quick to cancel policies. I used to be a fan of sonnet, but not anymore they suck!
