It has been over a month and I have not been in contact with back about my claim

Very easy to use and sign up, I would recommend for anyone to use

all I have to say people this is an insurance that if you have a clean, get ready to fight and get ready to wait I hope you're not in a hurry for your claim to be approved and for you to get another car all I have to say being insured with Sonnet make sure you always have a second vehicle in case of emergency because since November 10, 2022 I was driving my BMW and I have hit two raccoons I did a claim and my claim is still under review as of today January 11, 2023. My car is still parked since November 10. What a shame all I have to say , I am going to need to fix my car myself and I'm going to get an insurance with another company again because this is ridiculous. Never in my life that I have ever heard people doing a claim for their vehicles. I didn't take almost 4 months to settle like this is ridiculous.

Online, quick, good coverage

Sonnet allowed my spouse to remove me from our joint home and car insurance policy without my consent. Be warned, that if you are listed on a policy with your spouse, you can removed without your permission at any time. When I contacted them twice about this matter they would not give me any information on this my as I had been removed from the account. They only notified me of these changes after the fact. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this issue.
