Sonnet handled my question in a prompt and courteous manner. Very good customer service. Highly recommended.

I took out Sonnet home insurance for the first time in 2022 at a premium of $1400. In June the renewal came in at $3522. Seriously.. with zero claims and no changes to the house they tripled my premium. So I cancelled the renewal and went elsewhere. Got the same from Sq1 insurance for $1650. Then I discovered that Sonnet TOOK THE MONEY ANYWAY. They stole $3522 from my mastercard.. and I have now been fighting for 3 weeks to get it back. The staff are lovely.. they always SAY they'll sort it out.. But then a week goes by and nothing happens. You call again and a DIFFERENT person tells you THEY will sort it out.. but they don't. DO NOT TRUST THEM.. they lie. Edited to say.. In response to Sonnet's answer below.. I have tried ALL those things over and over again. The staff smile and apologise and SEEM to care but they don't do anything.

Website was very easy to navigate and I was very pleased with the rate that was offered for my automobile insurance. Will definitely be requesting a quote from Sonnet for my home insurance in the fall.

Malika was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped me navigate the Sonnet dashboard so I could make the changes that I needed to do.
