Online quote issue
I had issues with processing an online quote, I was very anxious and worried until I spoke to Farheen and she took my worries away and resolved my concern
I had to phone in to change my contact phone number so I could access my account on line. Now this is complete I can service my account on my own time. The call didn’t take long and the wait before was minimal. They fixed my problem fast and pleasantly and now I can get on with other things not sitting on the phone for 20 minutes to 1 hour like their competitors, thanks again
