I had a great experience with Sonnet. I always had the answers that I needed. They’re very accommodating and their online services are very helpful too.

So far I am satisfied. I signed up as a new customer and I had some questions. Finding a way to communicate with Sonnet customer service was easy. Yes there was a little delay to get a response but a) I do understand everyone and everything is going very fast and people get busy b) Getting an answer within 48 hours is really good Thank you Sonnet and I hope this partnership will be fruitful.

Sonnet's rates are very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they respond quickly to my inquiries via chat.

Easy and simple online application. Great value. And website and app are easy to navigate.

I was able to get through to someone who reassured me that my account will be fine and a payment will come out on another date. Which wouldnt affect me negatively.
