Best insurance company ive been with so far
I switched over to sonnet awhile ago. Not only was the price so much better than other insurance companies, they are really easy to set and change my policies online. The customer service team is also very nice and my calls are generally answered within minutes.

No customer service
Tried to call several times to speak with a representative to ask if it was possible to just reactivate my old policy with all same coverage rather than trying to put in new request. Couldn't get to a representative didn't matter what I pressed on phone just kept getting run around and had to go online and do new request
