I saw Dr Monaco and RVT Claudia for my chinchilla Kappy, he is 6-7 years old and I just got him about a month ago. He has never been to a vet before so I wasn’t sure how he was going to do in general going in for a check up. Both Dr Monaco and Claudia handled him with so much care and despite him being a bit confused as to what on earth they were doing to ensure he was a healthy boy, I know overall he was comfortable in their hands and made sure he had time in between during the exam for breaks. I’m very glad that we found an exotic vet nearby and that there’s a team who wears their hearts on their sleeves. Would highly recommend this team

Love the team here! My cats seem to do really well with walking around in their leashes which means its an environment that feels safe for them. Dr. Portche is our usual vet for the kitties but the other doctors are just as swell too! :) technicians and receptionist also are very welcoming! Cannot recommend this vet clinic enough even if its a journey away

Amazing staff. And vets. Dr. Booth is our favourite. Amazing Clean friendly environment. Love the fact they phone and email you info and reminders. Highly recommended. Thanks for being so wonderful to Chance, He loves those liver treats to.

My 11-year-old rabbit, Forrest, got really sick really fast. The amazing receptionist, Alyson, helped us get in right away. We met with Dr. Monaco, who was honest, realistic, and super compassionate. Unfortunately, Forrest was in a lot of pain, and I had to make the tough decision to put him down. Mai, the assistant, was so helpful and patient when we were choosing an urn and keepsakes. I just want to thank the staff at Richview Animal Hospital so much for making this difficult time as easy as possible.

I've been taking my two beloved dogs, Eevee and Luna, to this vet clinic for the past five or more years, and I couldn't be happier with the care they've received.
