I brought my new puppy Ren here yesterday for her very first vet visit and the experience was honestly wonderful from start to finish. Even when I first called to book the appointment, the staff were friendly, patient, and really helpful while gathering information and answering my questions. When we arrived at the clinic, that same kindness carried through with everyone we met. The front desk staff were welcoming, the vet assistant was great with Ren, and the veterinarian himself was fantastic. Since this was Ren’s first vet appointment, she was a little nervous, but the doctor was incredibly calm and gentle with her. He took his time during the exam and was very thorough without making it feel rushed. You could really tell he wanted her to feel comfortable and safe, which meant a lot to me as a new puppy owner. I’ve had dogs for many years and have been to quite a few veterinary clinics over time, and one thing that really stood out to me here is that it didn’t feel like a place that was focused on pushing services or running up a bill. It felt like a clinic that genuinely cares about the animals they see and wants to help owners stay on top of their pets’ health. They also offer a monthly wellness plan that I thought was really thoughtful. It’s about $55 a month and it covers a number of preventative care visits and even gives a discount on a future spay. I really appreciated that option because preventative care is so important, but paying for everything all at once can be tough for people. Spreading it out monthly makes it much easier to stay consistent with your pet’s care, and it shows that the clinic actually understands that. Overall, the whole experience — from the phone call to the appointment itself — was professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I’m really happy we found this clinic and feel very confident bringing Ren here going forward.

Yesterday was my dog Maki’s first visit to this clinic, and after looking into several options before choosing a vet, I can confidently say I made the right choice. From the moment I booked the appointment, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. There was a small misunderstanding with the scheduling, but they handled it with patience and immediately offered to reschedule. I originally booked the appointment because Maki had been limping, and I also had questions about her vaccines. The staff took the time to answer all of my concerns, and the doctor explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. What stood out to me the most was how much they genuinely care about animals. I never felt pressured into anything, and the follow-up email I received this morning to check on Maki meant a lot. It’s the kind of detail that shows real compassion and dedication. I’m very happy with the care Maki received, the pricing, and the overall experience. We’ve definitely found her new family vet!

My 13-year-old Maltese-Shih Tzu was not feeling well, and unfortunately I was unable to get an appointment with her regular veterinarian for another two weeks. I decided to contact Etobicoke Vetinary Hospital, and I am so glad that I did. Their evening hours are extremely convenient for those of us who work during the day. From the appointment booking process to the actual visit with the veterinarian, the experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly, compassionate, and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. The veterinarian was thorough, caring, and genuinely interested in my dog's well-being. I felt that my pet received excellent care, and I left feeling reassured and confident in the treatment plan. Amazing experience with Snoopy yesterday. We thought he had a concerning growth, but the vet carefully checked him and realized it was just matted fur/lint. They were honest, kind, and didn’t charge us for the visit. They’ve also followed up after a past emergency visit, which shows how much they truly care. Highly recommend this clinic and staff. This veterinary hospital has always done a wonderful job with all my animals. With the new addition to my family they have been quick with booking appointments, knowledgeable with sharing information and answering questions, and are overall well prices. I have been using this vet for over 10 years and every member of the team has been fantastic with my animals and extremely respectful towards my family and myself.
