How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Cloverdale Veterinary Hospital
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Our dog Pico went for dental surgery and they were amazing. They let us know how he was doing 40 mins into being put under, they washed his face so he looked all nice and clean after his surgery. The cost was very good considering how many teeth he needed out. They are amazing! Even when he went for his blood work they were so sweet with him. Highly recommend!

If I could give 6 stars I would. My cat has been suffering with bladder stones for a while now. Dr.Bala and the staff at Cloverdale have been wonderful. They’re very caring, compassionate and actually care about your cats wellbeing and your own. Even when I’m there the clients also seem very close with the staff, it felt very welcoming. He made time for my cat during emergencies even when his schedule was packed which I really appreciate and they do daily checks on my cat after surgery. He tries his best to accommodate you. Big thanks to Dr.Bala and the cloverdale team.

We have been so happy to have Dr. Tamara as our vet. She is so great at explaining treatments, tests, and what's going on with our kitten. She always makes sure to get back to us when we have questions (even calling after hours), and you can tell that she really cares about her patients. Christian at the front is also always so kind and helpful!
