If you want to get a clinic who actually cares for your pet then you should come here. I was recommended this place and I am so glad that Dr. Margaret is my veterinarian and her super sweet assistant who is very knowledgeable, Taylor. She’s extremely compassionate and caring and goes above and beyond to help you and your baby while also managing your finances without compromising on the health of the pet. Whether you have a dog or a cat, this is the one stop you need! They carry all types of foods that you can need and cater to all your needs. They provide you with emergency appointments and appointment availabilities and make space for you like their own. Highly recommended! Caitlin at the front desk is adorable.

We’re so happy to have found this vet clinic so close to home. The entire team is incredibly kind, gentle, and caring with our pets. Misiu is very calm and friendly, and they always take the time to interact with him in such a warm, thoughtful way. At the same time, they are absolutely wonderful with our other dog, Koko, who is very nervous and scared during vet visits. The staff are patient, understanding, and truly make an effort to help her feel safe and comfortable. The vets provide clear, helpful information and never rush appointments. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, and we always feel comfortable bringing our pets. Highly recommend.

From our very first visit to Humber Bay Veterinary Hospital our dog Luca felt the care and compassion of the clinic team. We received a prescription for preventive medication, as well as treatment for Luca. We also needed help with paperwork for travel to Europe, and the team provided professional assistance. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, sometimes without a pre-scheduled appointment, and the staff did everything they could to help us. We had a very positive experience and felt confident in their knowledge and deep understanding of all procedures. The entire team was kind, caring, and attentive. Based on our experience, we highly recommend the Humber Bay Veterinary Hospital for both treatment and preventive care, as well as for travel documentation for your pets.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Care from Dr. Pacia and her team! Dr. Pacia and her team have been caring for our Frenchie since 2020, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care they provide. They’re always so kind and attentive—whether it’s a quick nail trim or something more concerning. They know exactly how to handle Motley’s chronic issues, like ear infections or eye trouble, and they always listen to my concerns to keep him healthy and safe. 🐾💙 With only one eye, he needs a little extra attention, and they always make sure it’s perfectly cared for. I always feel confident with their treatment plans and advice. And honestly, seeing how excited Motley gets for his appointments says it all—you’d swear he’s heading to a playdate. He absolutely loves visiting Dr. Pacia and her team! 😄🐶 Couldn’t recommend them more! ✨✨💯

I would like to thank you Dr. Margaret Pacia and Taylor for taking a good care of my dogs. My little one (that I rescue a couple years ago) always happy to come there. He was afraid of people but after Taylor talked to him, pat him with patient, he was calm and let her take him to the surgery (neuter), vaccinations, all checkups. Dr. Margaret is very professional: as I mentioned for my rescued one we had many issues at the beginning with ears, eyes, bowel, nails, etc… but she suggested the proper food, treatments that didn’t cost me much (very important not to spend blindly the fortune). For my old one when he required some nail surgery, recovery was very smooth. Also for travel certificates: its very well organized – as I am taking him to many different countries with special requirements, Taylor and Dr. Margaret always double check to avoid any surprises. Again, thank you so much, I am very grateful for Dr. Margaret and Taylor. My little “survivor” in a good hands
