We’re so grateful to the team at BloorMill Veterinary Hospital for the amazing care they gave my mom’s elderly Maltese dog Julie. Dr. Mak quickly diagnosed a serious dental infection and performed a full dental extraction with great compassion and professionalism. Amy was incredibly helpful working with us on payment plan options, Ashley was kind and thorough explaining post-surgical care, and Nina always kept us updated with reminders and follow-ups. The entire team was considerate, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Thank you for treating both my mom and her dog with such kindness.

I had wonderful expirience bringing my cat for her necessary vaccinations. Everyone from doctors to the entire medical staff was incredible kind, gentle and welcoming. This made our whole visit stress free for both of us. I highly recommend!

The staff are so lovely and welcoming. They are great with all the animals and made our cats feel comfortable during their visit. (Photo below of staff giving Guinness a blanket to comfort him). There was a lot of information that us owners did not know and we always leave with a little more knowledge. Highly recommend this clinic!

The staff and Dr. are all incredibly nice at this Veterinary Hospital. They were so very helpful, patient and had all the information and advice needed to help us with my daughter’s cat. Dr. Wise was extremely caring, patient, thorough and took time for us and helped us with everything in a very professional yet personal and thoughtful way. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital to anyone who is looking for the right care for their pets. Everyone here will share that same level of care in return.

My cats have all been patients here for a long time. I don't recall ever having a bad experience with any of the staff or doctors. As a nurse myself, I understand the need for patients and their families to feel comfortable, even in scary situations. And I believe everyone at this clinic understands that as well. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable, I never feel left hanging about anything. I'd go back with every one of my pets as long as they practice the way they always have.
