Easy to use and very affordable!

Sonnet is so convenient. I just purchased a newish vehicle. My old one was off the road for a couple of weeks so I did call to find out how it would be best to transition. It was to be another two weeks before I got my newer car. The person on the phone was wonderful, said she would cancel it and that I would receive a refund. In general, I do not have to call as everything is online and quick. When it did come to get my car, I simply added a policy and received all the information I needed right away. I love that they also give me a discount for having attended a Canadian University. No waiting on calls, or for paperwork.

I was billed for a cancelled policy. This drove my bank account into the negative, causing a hefty NSF fee at my bank. This, despite me spending 4 hours trying to connect with a live agent on chat. When I finally did connect with someone, I followed his advice to cancel the policy. When I saw today that I was billed for the canceled policy, I tried AGAIN to reach a live agent and was disconnected.
