Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Sonnet has been very straightforward to use.

I was a victim of a hit and run. I myself had to procure the Motor Vehicle Collision report and provide it to Sonnet. Sonnet advertises on its page that car rentals are covered in case policy holder is not at fault. No car rental was provided. It has been more than one month and I am incurring a rental expense of more than $1000 just to rent the car. I am also incurring an expense of $400 for gas. I used to drive an EV and my charging expense was extremely low. I have been constantly following up with Sonnet but have heard nothing.

We have been with them for several years and they cancelled the policy with zero reason given and would not provide when asked because it’s “proprietary information”. We had no claims, no payment issues so not providing is unprofessional. They know or should know other Insurers need this info to quote. I rate them a zero. I have documents to support all of this.

So far Sonnet seems to be quite good. Great rates and didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone to get car or home insurance.
