Obtaining a quote and purchasing was very easy online. All of the policy details are described well and easily understood. Policy updates or changes are simple to make through the website.

My first experience with Sonnet was great, until the end when you canceled my insurance because I hadn't renewed my license. Which was fine except then you wouldn't let me reinstate it, so I had to set up a whole new account. This time it was awful. Price increased even though tickets fell off my record. I had to create a whole new email just to apply and use my work number because my regular email and phone number are still attached to my old account. The only reason I stick with you was because I could have it come of my credit card monthly

Easy to use and very good prices

Although I am new to Sonnet, I cant believe the great service they provide hastle free. From the moment you quote to the moment you pay everything is smooth and fast. The one thing that impresses me the most is how great their staff goes out of there way to solve or explain the issues without having to ask anything. So far I have been able to resolve my insurance needs at 50% or more than what other companies wanted to charge. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.
