Awesome service

The person I spoke to was very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the website and contacting sonnet is not an easy experience. Proper coverage was not provided and was not disclosed properly so my insurance was insufficient. Requested to have policy canceled (in less than a month time) upon this discovery thanks to my auto loan provider. Policy was not cancelled and incurred NSF charges as well. Would not recommend Sonnet and warn other who use it to be careful.

My home insurance goes up by 22$ for nothing after 1 year

I had a policy with sonnet for a year called in when my policy was up for renewal , that went great , told me not to worry my policy was on auto renewal . A month goes by and I get an email stating my policy is cancelled , phoned in after being on hold for 30 minutes and they kept lying to me saying I had fines , tickets , bank cancelled payment and the list goes on . They told me to start a new quote when my old policy was $3,000 a year started a new quote and was quoted $5300 a year up front because they fokt up my policy , tried insuring with other companies and and there policy rates are ridiculous telling me I had policy cancellation issues with sonnet . I tried to get in touch with customer service heroe bull crap was on hold for 44 minutes trying to resolve this issue but no luck after being transferred twice to other agents ( Maria and azuir) if I could give zeros stars I would thanks for wasting my time and screwing up my name worst experience with sonnet insurance
