Their pet insurance is a complete scam. My pet was just diagnosed last week and because I submitted a claim stating “testing to rule out xxx” they decided that was enough information to decide not to cover that specific illness. What’s the point of insurance if they refuse to assist with ANY vet costs for a new disease?? What a scam. Would not recommend.

Easy and fast to use.

We needed a new home insurance for our recently bought house. In simple steps we got our home insurance quickly and for a good price.

Terrible customer service experience. Unable to answer my question and I had to repeat my question multiple times to get them to even acknowledge what I was asking. They were purposefully evasive about the cancellation fee and how much I would be paying monthly between now and my move. I have now just learned that I will not be refunded any money at all until my move and this has financially devastated me this month - I have no idea how I'm going to pay for gas to get to work now.

Absolute disgrace of a customer experience. Their website went down so you couldn't update your payment options. Even sent me an email stating they were "aware of the problem" but had no other option to take payment! Then they cancel my home policy and refuse to reinstate it once their website comes back online. Reported to BBB, and will be joining whatever actions I can take against them. Never been treated so poorly by a company in my life.
