Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY ONLINE PURCHASE EVER, BAR NONE! I obtained a quote online which I found fair and decided to purchase the insurance. Big surprise, when I actually purchased the insurance the amount of the premium was $400.00 more than the quote. All along while making the purchase the amount of the premium matched the quote except when I actually put in my credit card number to make the purchase. Your online support was of no help, all they did was quote company policy. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING TO THE POINT THAT I CANCELLED THE POLICY EVEN BEFORE IT CAME INTO FORCE. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sonnet sent home insurance renewal with a more-than 300% increase with no claims, no changes, and NO explanation. This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I had been waiting for 4 days to get a call-back, at the appointment time, they NEVER called. Would NEVER recommend getting a policy from SONNET. Terrible to deal with once you get past the online quote. STAY AWAY if you want actual coverage.
