Do NOT waste your time with Sonnet
Do NOT waste your time with Sonnet Insurance! They don't call or return emails. I was in a car accident over three weeks ago and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. My insurance adjuster sent me ONE email and has NEVER responded to any of my concerns or follow-up emails. Every time I call, I am told that they "can't transfer me" to a supervisor and that someone will call me back but NO ONE DOES. I have reported them to their Sonnet Ombudsman and again NO ONE has contacted me back. It looks like I might need to bite the bullet and pay the higher premium just to have a good insurance company.

Horrible customer service and claims as the never answer your call and never let you know what's happening. I've reached out via phone and email multiple times with NO reply ever!
