Superb Service

Our puppy suffered a broken leg at 10 weeks. Pet Best has covered every aspect of his care - despite very few premium payments to date. Very easy claim submittal and prompt processing.

Most of the people I know think of headaches when they think of insurance companies. Getting Pets Best insurance was the best decision I have made. Filing a claim was so easy. I was surprised to have my reimbursement check before I had to pay the bill.

Great turnaround on Claims

"Filed claim 8/12 5:15 pm. Pets Best processed my claim overnight and deposited my settlement on 8/19 ( 3 business days). Very satisified. I've had them for 6 years. They covered major expenses when my 21 yr old cat passed away. Both of my cats (5 and 14) are covered."

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
