Fast and easy

My dog got extremely sick so I took her to the vet. They needed to do labs and biopsies to figure out the underlying source for being as sick as she was. And they gave her treatments for multiple ailments. It wasn't cheap. After her first check up I asked the vet for invoices, took a picture and submitted them online. Within days I had an email showing how much I'd be getting back and then shortly after the money was in my bank account. I immediately paid my credit card bill with it. I didn't get all the money back but I did get a large portion of it. All in all it was a good experience and an easy process.

Worst company.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company. They try to swindle you and they take for ever on claims. Sometimes more than 6 months.

Covered like a well fitted glove.

This was my little guys second spinal surgery in as many years. The coverage is phenomenal. When one wants to do as much as possible to extend a healthy and comfortable life for a 4 legged family member, being able to meet their immediate needs without hesitation or fear of expense is a blessing. Thank you Pets' Best Insurance.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
