Very helpful customer service whenever I have questions about anything

This company is garbage. I would NEVER recommend Sonnet to anyone, and the only reason I took it was because it was the cheapest quote. Turns out that you get what you pay for. I'll never go with Sonnet again. Adjusters are unresponsive, even after leaving voice messages. Kelly Xidos was my adjuster, and once my vehicle returned from collision with TERRIBLE repairs done by one of their APPROVED repair centers I left a message, and it was never returned. She required my rental documents as the rental was in a collision (100% no-fault), which she never received from me, as I would only send them IF she returned my call. My repair concerns were never recorded by Kelly, and she never returned my calls. Good riddance Sonnet. ✌️ P.S. Hope you guys enjoyed losing 7k on my policy alone for my repairs since I wasn't even a customer for a year. 🥰❤

This insurance company is horrible, they wouldn’t actually pay for damages when they were supposed to, highly recommend against sonnet insurance, waist of time and money plus I still had to pay out of poket

I am extremely happy with sonnet they made driving affordable for me once again with a low premium an full coverage it was as easy to set up an become fully covered... I suggest sonnet for every one cheaper an easier to use...

Unbelievable poor service with claim. 2nd time writing here. First response drove an immediate response and action which was great. Since no movement on my claim now 2 months waiting. 6 weeks car not even looked at.
