Was not clear when purchasing…
Was not clear when purchasing insurance. Found out after the fact that there was no collision or comprehensive! Which is EXTREMELY important to me! When paying for the full year up front they still deny coverage. Won't be using again . And making sure to let friends and family know not to use this company!!

I got charged twice for the same car, they said they would cancel one policy and reimburse me as I was on the phone with them for almost 2 hours trying to make sense of everything and they’re still charging me for both insurances now with no reimbursement
