This used to be a good insurance but…
This used to be a good insurance but now there is lack of customer service. Filed an auto claim and got an adjuster that doesnt respond to email or phone call. There is no way to contact this guy. Called main office and they still couldnt get a hold of him. Save yourself some time and find another insurance.
I did a follow up email regarding this issue as you have instructed 5 days latet still no contact from you guys. Your company is a joke
